About Me

I am an assistant and doctoral student at the University of Geneva’s Department of Political Science and International Relations. In my PhD, I am trying to understand how states think about sovereign debt. My thesis is situated at the intersection of political economy and economic sociology, but I am also working on other research topics (see publications and projects below).

I hold a BA and an MA in Social Sciences from Humboldt University of Berlin and have visited the University of Zurich and Sciences Po Paris during my studies. Under Miscellaneous, you can find a collection of PhD advice and cheat sheets for working with Stata to visualize data.
